This is a detailed journal done by the father of Biblical Archaeolgy. Takes you step by step over hill and dale. Fascinating read! If you have not been there it becomes difficult.

Edward Robinson (1794-1863), an American scholar of Greek and Hebrew philology, is considered a founding figure in the field of biblical geography and archaeology.
